Jack Vektor, a disgraced Arcanum Investigator, is exiled to the shimmering, surreal metropolis of Aethelburg. He thought he'd escaped the ghosts of his past, but when a living, breathing Toon—a creature of pure belief—is found murdered, Jack is dragged back into the game.
