The Vermillion Cage

A sunset hot air balloon ride with friends becomes a descent into a layered hell. Trapped in an endless loop high above a glitching world, they discover they are not alone. Identical balloons mirror their every move, each containing a silent, watching copy of themselves. With the pilot gone and his friends falling one by one into the abyss, Liam is left with a single, horrifying choice: join them in the fall, or face the doppelganger that has just climbed into his basket.
