A brilliant young entrepreneur builds his dream adventure park, only for his greedy landlord to plot a hostile takeover. Believing he'll inherit a turnkey business, the landlord terminates the lease. But he underestimates his tenant, who enacts a meticulous revenge, stripping the building bare and leaving the tycoon with nothing but a hollowed-out monument to his own avarice.
