The Engineer of Inconvenience

When bureaucratic incompetence creates a fifteen-second hell on the highway, a retired systems engineer is pushed to his limit. His wife's life depends on him getting home on time, and the state won't listen to reason. Armed with a plywood sign and the personal phone numbers of the men responsible, he decides to make the problem personal. He will dismantle their comfortable lives, one phone call at a time, until the gears of the city grind to his will.
