The Eighth Day's Hunger

When Howard moves to the sleepy town of Forsyth, he finds a new best friend and a church with a monstrous secret. The locals believe God created behemoths on the eighth day, but as his classmates start to vanish, Howard learns that the town's god is always hungry. He came for a fresh start, but soon finds himself caught in a decades-old tradition of sacrifice, where the only way out is to become the next offering.
